Torn Wing Bug Empty Torn Wing Bug

I got all the items to create some torn wings. However when I clicked the NPC for Torn Wings and gave him the items he gave me some gargoyle wings. Please fix the NPC and if you can, trade me some Torn Wings. /sob

P.S. why can't I post in the server bugs section?
